Château Franc Capet

Overview

Château Franc Capet is a old property created arround 1850. It belonged to my uncle. Following a tragic accident almost all the wineyard has been saled. Later my father takes care of 0,25 ha remaining Fronsac. Like my deceased father in 2008, i start from zero : No knowledge in wine !
I go back to school to get my Bac Pro in Viticulture and Oenology. My studies were to “La Tour Blanche” 1er Cru Classé in Sauternes and alternately as studiant in a friend in Fronsac. In June 2009, I get my degree. In 2010 i create my enterprise. In the same time , i buy also a small plot ( 0,5 ha) in Canon Fronsac that i need to replant. Sarah my spouse supports me as sales manager.
